7. Shipping Times & Procedures
Sometimes the product will be shipped from the warehouse at our main office, but often the product will ship directly from one of our international warehouses.
We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA can be between 3-18 working days. Please check the product description for specific delivery times per product.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our control.
We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs vary and can even be free depending on which of our warehouses the product ships from and where the item is shipping to. Shipping costs will be displayed during your checkout process.
8. Product Guarantees
In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products.
Request your return or exchange through our support desk. Upon your return being approved, we will assign you an RMA number. We do not accept returns without this number.
Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
9. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns that are in the same condition as when shipped. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release) or any used items.

We collect local sales taxes from within the USA during your order. Import duties, other taxes or governmental fees are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.
